Description
This is an example of PHOTO RESTORATION available in Photoshop. The black & white was taken in 1959. The camera was not so "sophisticated", and details not too sharp. The guy's face had to be re-constructed from another photo from the period. It is as much a "work of art" as it is photo restoration.
